His hair is black with a streak of white, and not the most cleanest or nicest hair style in the world. His eyes are grey and rarely show any emotion. They look almost like they sunk into his pale skin. Almost like he's a ghost. His face is like a mask, something he hides behind. His smile is evil and you can't really call it a smile.
His clothes are tatty. He wears an off white shirt, sometimes his shirt can be found with splashes of red on it, i dare you to ask why. Over the top is a brown sleeveless top with a black tie loose around his neck. His trousers are a black, with white pin stripe pattern and from his belt hangs a couple of rags.
Sometimes he can be seen with a denim top over his shirt. And while out he often wears a leather jacket. His shoes are black leather and slightly worn.

Sweeney Todd isn't exactly a person you want to bump into, he isn't exactly one to share kind words. He doesn't appreciate being asked questions and won't answer them nicely. He often "wears a mask" in public. He keeps quiet and if anyone talks to him he will say the bare minimum of what he needs to and get back to his shop as quick as he can. In his Barber Shop he talks to his customers but won't make full conversation.
He does have a soft side, especially for his beloved Lucy and Johanna. He will usually go all quiet if he hears there names mentioned and will only talk to Mrs. Lovett and selected people. His soft side often turns to a need for revenge though. He is often only ever seen in his barber shop which is above Mrs. Lovetts meat pie shop.
Don't get me wrong he's a nice man, sometimes, i just wouldn't mess with him, thats all.

There was a Barber and his Wife.

A few years ago a man named Benjamin Barker who was married to a beautiful women named Lucy. They had a daughter called Johanna and we're very happy. Judge Turpin saw this and banished Benjamin Barker, exiling him for several long years and taking the women and child for his own.

Several years later Sweeney Todd has returned, Revenge in his mind. He comes to find Lucy has killed herself and the Judge has his daughter, Johanna. Mrs. Lovett owns the meat pie store below his barber shop, she's the only one to know he's Benjamin Barker, or is she? He goes about setting up his barber shop again and together, Sweeney Todd and Mrs. Lovett, scheme some revenge and it taste a bit like pie...

"Fancy a shave, Sir?", his voice held no emotion, it was plain a dull as he asked the question and removed his jacket to reveal his off white shirt and brown sleeveless jacket. [i]'yes'[/b] came a reply from a short, brown haired man. A small smile broke across his pale features, it was twisted and most would say 'evil looking'.
"Very Good, sir, it'll be the closest you've ever had". He picked up a pot with shaving cream in it and coved the mans face and neck, making sure he had covered the area he would shave well. Putting it down he picked up his razor, sharpening it before he started to shave the mans beard. Moving around he moved the razor and carefully cut deep into the mans throat.
A warm crimson liquid oozed from the cut and there was a gargling, the man reached for his throat but was soon pale and lifeless. Splatters of red were on his off white shirt sleeves. He pressed a pedal making the chair tip back and a trap door open, the man slid off the brown leather chair and landed with a thud. Todd picked up his coat and hat and threw it down after him.
His smile had broadened and he wiped the blood from his knife and readied for the next customer. Putting on a jacket to hide the blood, which he would once again removed when he had his next "customer". This kept the blood on his shirt out of sight of the customer until they sat down. Then they couldn't see his blood splattered shirt. Of course a few customers he shaved and let go but only so as not to arouse suspicion.
The delicious smell of pie drifted up from Mrs. Lovetts Meat Pie store, only you wouldn't want to eat them if you knew what was in them. He exited through the door and made his way down the stairs.
