;; fundamentals
full name;; Zachary William Tyler nickname[s];; Zach birthday;; November 1st age;; 21 sexual orientation;; heterosexual job;; Class;; High
;; appearance
general;; Zach looks nothing like his mother or father and leaves people often wondering where it was he got his looks from. He has slightly narrow pretty blue eyes that seem to match perfectly with his medium cut light brown hair. He use to keep it cut short but grew it out over the summer and grew kind of fond of it. He has narrow lips which is the only thing he and his mother have in common. He has a typical boyish figure. He is not the most tone when it comes to muscles but he is working on them, more so his upper body. His arms seem to be the biggest thing on him while his abs are not too far behind.
Zach is a very stylish person. While dressing casual he still tends to look a bit dressy. He doesn't like to look thrown together. When it comes to jewlery he wears a silver bracelet around his arm that his mother bought for him when he was fourteen, and a silver knecklace given to him by his grandmother. He has no facial hair since he keeps it shaved off. He wants to look his age and not like his brother who is barely older than him and has a face full of hair.
favorite;; eyes, style of clothes, hair hate;; lip (thinks they're too big for a man), body tone (wants to be more fit)
heritage;; mother:: french, father:: British ethnicity;; Caucasion
;; personality
general;; Some may say that Zach is a walking puzzle. While a person may think they have finally put him together they soon discover that something was missing. Over the years he had mastered how to cover up and conceal things such as emotions. From the way he walks to the way he speaks it is easy for him to appear one way while he may indeed be feeling something else. His dark brown eyes however will give him away. While he can try and cover things up some things can be read through his eyes no matter how hard he tries to hide them.
He is a very laid back person. He has a certain air about him that suggests that he is an easy going person who doesn't try and the small things get to him. Everyone has opinions and while some may not be good he tries not to let them bring him down. However, one of his faults is that he can be a bit cocky and conceited. He's not someone has to be the center of attention or the leader of a group however he likes to voice his opinion and know that others acknowledge him.
Zach is entirely a party person. A good party is nice every now and then but he finds pleasure when he is alone. He is really at peace when he is lost in his music on the piano. Even when he was young he found the most comfort in music. He does have some interest in sports, the biggest one being soccer. Relationships was always something that he was never exactly good with. He has dated his share in girls but he has never been with one that had completely captured him. Him being known as a flirt never really helped the situation either.
Behind every person there are faults and secrets that are waiting to come to light. Even the most happiest of people have them and most of them are not as pleasant as people would hope. Zach is far from being the perfect person and there are things that holds him back from doing things because he is afraid of what would happen if things were exposed. Handing his emotions don't come easy for him. He has never been in love seeing as though he had been shown tough love all his life he wouldn't know the first thing about true love. When he is angry he has the habit to lash out in ways that he didn't know he would. To him crying is taboo and shows a sign of weakness. He also picked up a bad habit from his cousin that proves to be harder to break than he thought it would.
general;; Richard Tyler grew up the second eldest son in a strict family. He was raced with high expections just like the rest of his siblings and failure to his parents were concidered close to being worse than death. He wasn't the brightest of the bunch and he had to try the hardest but somehow he managed to come out alright. He attended college and majored in Law though his parents were wealthy enough and he could have taking on after his father. After college he was offered a job as a lawyer just outside London. After working there for a while he relocated to London to make money and be closer to his ailing mother. During the months of searching for a home he met young Marie Devereux, the daughter of a wealthy frenchman. They seemed to connect almost immediately.
The first step was taking Marie home to meet his parents however. They were very strict on who he dated, especially his mother. It was like Marie was some kind of angel. From the moment she stepped in the house til the time she left Richard's parents seemed mesmorized. For the next year they kept asking when he was going to making things official. It seemed as if Marie herself was sitting on pins and needles waiting for him to ask her that most important question. Finally after nearly two years of dating he asked her to marry him at their favorite location at the park. It would take the two nearly six months to marry. They were married in October at a large church in London with plenty of guest. After the honeymoon in the Caribbean Richard surprised his new wife with a nice new home.
Everything was going fine for about a year and a half. Then suddenly Marie started to shed her wings and her true colors were beginning to appear. She seemed to be more worried about appearances than anything else. Richard was overjoyed when he discovered that he was going to be a father however Marie was less overjoyed. She didn't want a child. Not then anyway. It took some getting use to that she was going to be a mother but she eventually told herself she was going to do ok. Their first son Collin Robert Tyler was born in the early morning of April. They would seen welcome a new son. Zachary William Tyler was born on November 1 at 7:41 am. To Richard he was the most precious thing on Earth. Marie then realized something about her baby son that she had feared would happen. He looked nothing like Richard. To finish the growing family off, Marie then gave birth to the only daughter, Victoria Sophie.
Zach didn't exactly grow up as most kids in his situation would have. Of course he got everything a little boy would want except for the direct love of his mother. His father of course loved his son and showed him his love whenever he could but he was always off in court somewhere and the fact remained that his mother didn't exactly show him motherly love. She was tough on her sons and very strict. She was more interested in their studies then allowing them to go out and be a young boy. She wanted to raise them to be successful. It was something that Zach wasn't particularly fond of. The words "I love you." never came out his mother mouth as though she meant it. It was usually more when she was scolding him and saying that she was treating him the way she was because "it was for his best interest and because she loved him" which in time began to mean less and less.
It wasn't until Zach was sixteen that something dawned on him. While standing at the fireplace in the study he was looking at pictures when a certain man caught his attention. It was a picture with his parents, a man and a woman. He looked at another picture that was just of the man and the woman and thats when he realized something. He resembled the man in the picture more than his own father. Yes of course him and his father had similarities but it was nothing like the man in the picture. One night he eventually questioned his mother and told her that he knew which horrified her that he would even try and figure it out. It also saddened him. He began to see that he and "father" had been living some sort of lie and things weren't as they seemed.
sample;; Zach had been sitting at his computer chatting with a few of his friends online. He wasn't much for sitting on the internet all day however when he was bored and didn't feel like talking on the phone he would log on occationally. The house had been relatively quiet since his parents had left earlier that morning without waking him or leaving a message as to say where they had gone off to. It was nearly five in the afternoon and they still had yet to return. It wasn't bothering him too much. He was perfectly content. That was until he heard the faint sound of car doors closing. He told his friends goodbye and closed his laptop down. He slipped on his black house slippers and made his way from his room towards the downstairs sitting room. He could only guess that it was his parents. The front door opened just as he stepped off the last step.
Tina, his mother, walked through the door first with a very unhappy expression on her face. One that was all too familiar for Zach. Next was a girl, who looked younger than him, and very out of place. Her hair was dark brown and scattered everywhere and her baggy clothing were a bit dingy. Lastly came his father who was wearing his usual grin. The girl's eyes fell on him and he blanking stared back though secretly wonder who she was and why his father was carrying in three suitcases. He rested himself against the banister of the staircase and glanced at his parents. "I take it she is staying for a while." he said more as a statement rather than a question. Honestly Zach wasn't in the mood for company. "How about for the rest of the year." His mother said removing her shoes and placing them neatly on the shoe rack before turning on her heels and leaving the entrance hall.
A year? She was staying a year? Zach raised a brow and opened his mouth to speak. Before he could utter a word his father spoke. "This is your cousin Diamond." he said gently placing a hand on her shoulder. She had long since stopped peering at Zach and was now letting her eyes look around the large entrance hall. "She was staying with some people for a while but we decided that it would be better if we moved her in with us. You know. Let her get to know her real family." The words "real" and "family" seemed to make Zach cringe. His family was far from being real. He gave an indifferent sigh. "Ok, sure. Nice to meet you, Daisy."
"Diamond." She said now frowning and glaring at him. He shrugged again and pushed himself off the railing. "Oh yeah, Diane." Diamond clicked her tongue and rolled her eyes. Will simply left his son and neice and followed off in the direction of his wife. Zach began to make his way back up the stairs. "Um, shouldn't you help me with my bags? I can't carry then by myself...." Diamond called out after him. Without turning around he replied simply. "That's what butlers are for." "You have a butler?" she asked to herself not thinking that he heard her. "Oh no. We just live in a large house with many rooms and no one to help us out. Yes, Deborah, we have a butler." "What are you? Stupid or deaf? My name is Diamond. You know like the pretty stone that are on jewlery that people often immatate. Something you probably couldnt afford the real thing of...."
Zach sighed at his cousin's comment and glanced down over the banister. "Please....do us all a favor...and come up with a better line if you're going to insult someone." With that he went back in his room closing his door leaving Diamond and the bottom of the steps secretly cussing him out.
